Update to comment. I had my well pump installer pull the pump so i can ship it back. I decided once it was up to retest pump at splice connection and the pump ran as it should. My installer charged 750.00 to install and 500.00 to pull again. The problem was he did a poor splice and did not stand ...

I loved the pump but water got into the control box and it shorted out and I did get the protection plan and the customer service was great. I suggested they make the control box more water tight. And use thicker wires. But up until that happend the was great.
