I love the fact it's not stainless like my other one, it's hard to remove spots or drips from it. The matte black finish is much easier to clean and have ready to take to events.

Not a bad experience. I wish I had the money to get one that would tell me how much time do I have left. Great price and the size I wanted. The lock down lid is good to have.

This is just what we expected. Does a great job. Love the locking lid, although, if you don't take it anywhere the claps can get in your way with normal use. Features work great. We were worried about the size, because our old crock pot was 6.5, but this is more than enough room for what we cook ...

Came fairly quickly, properly packaged so it wasn't broken when it arrived, works exactly as it is supposed to, and I couldn't be happier with it. Friendly reminder to all, this particular type has clamps on the lid--those are for transport, never use them while cooking; it causes pressure issues.
