I actually used American crew before and never liked it. It pulled my hair out made it sticky and could never really get it to style right. Then I found suave styling paste and it's just an excellent product. Leaves my hair still feeling like my hair while still being able to be styled.

Hard t find this product in stores. Its true what they say about you don't know what you got till it's gone. Well, stopped carrying in my local walmart tried almost every other paste there. None hold a candle to this and are all more expensive
