The only bad thing is that the mat got a hole in it within a few days of jumping on it, HOWEVER, I contacted Sky Zone and WOW, they were prompt and understanding and within two hours they had a brand new mat in the mail to us! Solid trampoline, works well once assembled and is loads of fun. Assembly is somewhat tough - rubber mallet and patience are definitely needed plus the metal pieces take some hefty effort to really 'snap' in place.
