It does take time to put it together but once its done it looks really good. I have real oak office furniture in my home office and this almost matches it. It is a shade darker but the grain looks real. A great price for what you get.

This bookcase exceeded my expectations. It is beautiful and very sturdy. the moldings on shelves and top give it an expensive finished look. I would definitely recommend it.

Sauder makes sturdy and great looking furniture. Just wish they didn't discontinue colors/patterns. Does take a while to assemble but well made and sturdy.

I bought this for the basement thinking it would be okay to have a "cheap" bookcase there in the laundry room where I enjoy reading. The bookcase is very nice and would suit many living rooms just fine. I recommend this product.
