Walmart did a great job with shipping and having in stock. I read many people had their unit dented and destroyed. Mine came nicely packaged and had no damage. Just installed in garage, where my gym is at. Blows cold and will do the job. 5 stars for sure.

Great AC, it is a bit on the heavy side to lift and set up on window, a strong man can be able to handle it, but, to be on the safer side, 2 people lifting it is so much safer and and better yet, protect your investment. Really love it.
