For the money its a great product. Wish it was a little longer. It heats up to about the temp of an electric blanket on the lowest setting ...it's does not get hot. I bought it to help keep me warm in an office where no one else turns on the heater and I am very please would buy again.

I took off a star for it being an obvious return as it was supposed to include batteries and the batteries were missing and lots of tape on the box. So much for giving it as a gift! But it does seem to work and warms up quickly. I can't testify to the longevity of it or the quality of the cord...

This product worked well for hours while watching 5 College softball and Baseball games last weekend. Gametime temp was 34 degees. Hours on the bleachers ...this helped my neck well. Wasn't very hot but the warmth was nice.
