My only issue was that our stairs turn to the side half way down but that is the fault of our builder, not this item. I didn't feel comfortable climbing up without my husband keeping the ladder steady but I'm sure that's just me. I was really happy to find this solution and I'm sure it will come ...

Needed this for a rather precarious hallway project. Purchased as in good condition from the vevor warehouse. Item was in general as described but parts were again missing (Cotter pins, parts chain and key rings). Extremely stable solution. I felt very safe getting the job done.
