Part of my potato ricer broke after being stepped on. I contacted customer service hoping to buy a replacement part. They put in a warranty ticket and sent me a new complete ricer since they don't have just the part I needed. Love this company and the ricer!!!

Incredibly easy to use and clean. I used Yukon gold potatoes and did not get any waste in the chamber and the disk for the fine setting produced fluffy and smooth mashed potatoes, not starchy or gummy.
