This is a nice heavy ball...feels like there's sand in it. I like it...really need to start stretching and working out. I think this will work nicely for just getting back into better health.

Great exercise ball! You definitely have to pay attention and focus when using it. It's not too heavy but after a few reps, you feel it's weight. I have small hands and this is easy to hold.
