This is a great product. I was worried the bag would be on the small side but was pleasantly surprised at the large size. The handle pulls up and down easily and the wheels roll smooth.

The color was accurate but the firmness was not. Presumably once its stuffed you will get the appearance just like the photo. But it came empty no cardboard inside and it slouched over.
