Overall, it is just like the original game of Operation, but now cooler with the theme of Cars. My nephew greatly enjoys naming off all the parts that he pulls out.

This is a great game for the whole family to test your balance with your hand. We like it alot and you will see just how shakey your hands are when you are in a tight spot trying to get something out of a small hole.
