Purchased for an office with 45 employees. We go through 2 gallons of hot water each day. Found 9 hour delay setting to be very helpful for the first people at the office in the morning. Hand pumping system seems to dribble for a period of time afterwards. Other than that, works great!

This is a great product. We use it to keep water hot all day for hot tea. I only wished it shut off by itself, you have to remember to unplug it.

This is a re-order...a second chance for the product to prove itself. The first pot had two funcions fail by the end of thirty two days. The under-the-spout fill function failed after two weeks and the push button fill fuction failed after week four (wouldn't stop filling).
