Very fast shipping and item was packaged very well. Relatively easy to assemble and looks very nice and realistic. Also throws off some good heat.

Love it! Adds a nice warm ambiance to my front room. Puts out a nice heat. I'm going to add a bundle of real firewood in a big copper pot/tub to enhance the look. My only real complaint is the freshly manufactured smell. I hope it dissipates quickly.
