The mop refill received was not the one pictured on the website. I am very disappointed! It appears that the item in the picture is not even available. I cannot recommend this item to anyone as it was not received to know its functionality.

This item that I wanted to purchase was the one seen here. What I received was not this one be something different. I was not satisfied as I needed this exact one pictured but did not get it. I presume that it was a substitute, but still the wrong item.

The photo that Walmart displays for this product is not representative of what was sent. As a result, I returned all 20 of the refills I purchased. Turned out to be a complete waste of time.

I bought the dust mop to get under furniture but it comes apart all too often and I am left holding the handle and the mop head is under the couch. The handle unscrews from the mop head. This is not what I expected or wanted. You cannot make it any tighter. I don't understand why this is happenin...
