I use this paper towel (brand is important) daily for line cooking proteins, washing and drying fresh fruits and vegetables and absorbing excess moisture from washed lettuce greens.

Paper towels are extremely soft.

These are the only oversized towels on the market from what I can tell. They're not much bigger but certainly enough....no other towels stay in the dispenser for the Bigfold towels without falling right out. Great towels though!
