I've had my City Scout backpack for the last 4-5 years and it's now just starting to wear out! I use it for school, travel, camping, packing. It's been used every day and I'm glad I can send it back in for reparation. I'm extremely satisfied!

I like the Jansport very much. The Red color definitely pop's and is very vibrant! Plenty of room for school work. I mainly use mine as an every day commuter bag / carry on bag for planes. Nice quality. The only thing that bothers me from time to time is that the fabric that goes over the zippers...

I use this product for college and was planning to use it up until I finish all my schooling but I may need to purchase a newer one down the line with more pockets. I get compliments on the backpack though quite often. It is a perfect backpack that well suits me I just wish it had more pockets.
