I didn't find this to run small at all, unlike the other reviewer. Just bought this for my 40lb 3.5 year old in size 5T - and it fits perfectly. The shirt is not tight at all. It looks cute and is great for my daughter to wear to daycare.

Love this outfit! My daughters wear this outfit with little boots and it makes it seem so much more expensive . The size seems to run true at least for both my kids. They wear a 18 month and 3t and that's the sizes we got in these.
