Not worth one star!! The main support brace that appeared to be welded was only surfaced welded. The brace broke while my son was lifting and the whole bench collapsed!! Very shoddy workmanship Thought a “Golds Gym” item would be safe was I every wrong.

The set looked nice, but the welding snapped and the bench fell apart 2 DAYS after we bought it. Good thing my 14 year son wasn't hurt in the process. I do NOT recommend this item. It was smaller than I thought, but you can't beat it for the price. It will do the job just be careful when putting it back on the rack!

I bought this bench last year and its still works great. The bar holds only 100 lbs, but honestly that is all you need. I was a beginner and even though I have been lifting for a while now, 100 lbs is still a good amount for a great workout. I am 5, 4.5 and the bar is perfect. I wouldn't recommen...
