The product works as it is intended quite well, except for for flaw. This flaw is that the straps want to slide right off my kayak. Perhaps different boats would work better. I simply used a cord of my own to put a tie between the lift hooks so they wouldn't slide off, now everything works great.

I was very impressed with the RAD Sportz Kayak and Canoe Hoist. It was very easy to set up and assemble. It works great to hold my Kayak. Keeps it safe and out of the way. I was able to free up much needed space in my garage. I love that it has a lifetime warranty and holds up to 125 pounds.
