Once put together, it worked fine. However, part of the assembly directions were duplicated and one step was completely ommited, which made the assembly harder than it should have been. Luckily, I was able to figure it out.

So far it has helped my back, 2 to 3 minutes at a time and I can walk better and a lot of my pain goes away. I am glad that I bought it. I would buy it again.

It is very solid, much more than I expected. I gave it 4 stars because of the massage/heat pad. It's more like a buzzer. Regardless, it is still a great buy.
