This jacket (for running) is almost perfect! It is waterproof with a tight hoody that will stay put. Its lightweight and windproof. The thumbholes could've been stretchier but they will fit most arms/hands. My arms just happen to be long which brings me to the next point...definitely order a size...

I purchased 2 of these in size s & med for only $3 apiece. I like the style & tie in back to adjust the fit. Has thumb holes, which when I don't want to use them, I can roll them under. Like the option of having a hood.
