      What was delivered to me was very unsatisfactory having spent this amount of money. The filters were dirty, the remote looked 5 years old with scratches, the coils were bent and the unit itself had dents. And to top it off, it is very loud and it is not cooling well for 12,000 BTUs! Not a good sh...
