Well installed it a few months ago and just got power today to my building and turned it on for the first time and it sounds like fan is hitting something internal seems to work but makes bad sound so guess im back to needing an a/c heater or have to get this brand new one worked on.

Does not cool very well. Have set at 60 for several hours now. Blows warm.

If this is 220v why did mine come with a standard 115v (damaged) plug ? Coils are bent as well
