Just finished filleting a couple pike , worked amazing taking out the Y bones with ease.

Received it as a Father's Day present and put it to use the following Monday on a couple of limits of Rainbow Trout. Fillet them out for brining and smoking. Great flexibility and feel. Really like the handle.

Bought this knife to fillet crappie and other pan fish. This is the best knife for the job. Super sharp and flexible to do the job.

I have used the regular size bubba knives and thought it was outside of the work I did as I normally fillet panfish so I am really happy with the results of this smaller scale ( no pun intended) model thanks a bunch
