I am pleased that Walmart.com offers the concentrated version since it is easy and economical to mix it with water as indicated in the directions. Many hardware stores now only carry the spray versions. This product works! Slowly, but it works. Best results if it is sunny the day you apply it...

spray and forget works like a charm. it is easy to mix and apply with a standard garden pump sprayer. it takes up to two months for the stains to completely disappear, so you need to be patient. after stains are gone, they do not return for up to 24 months as the zinc continues to kill the alg...
