It's beautiful and well made. Best of all, no complicated instructions for assembly. As soon as we put it up We had martins on top of it. Our females haven't arrived yet, but we're sure they'll approve. Arrived on time and well packaged.

The description states one must remove TWO screws on the side to clean. The sides have very small hex screws, eleven total. The side panel is then slipped behind a "soffit" that is stapled. Cannot clean this way. One must remove all the phillip screws (eight on each side) in the roof. This is OK,...
