It is a beautiful patterned rug, and it's decently padded. Have had it for about a month, and I do notice it sheds quite a bit. If I vacuum over it to clean it, the vacuum quickly fills up. Also, I notice the strands of carpet hair on my couches and coffee table, which is definitely from the rug....

The rug is beautiful and exactly what we expected and wanted. Can't speak too much on the shedding, as we've only had it a few weeks but it's definitely not as disastrous as other reviews made it out to be. It does shed, so maybe it would be in a high traffic area with kids and pets rolling aroun...

I love the design of this rug!!! My only complaint is how much it sheds (which is why I only gave it 4 stars).. I'm hoping a few more times vacuuming and it will chill out.. other than that, I think it's one of my favorites!! And I'm a rug gal.
