Easy to put together, sturdy, works great. I've already seen an increase in my upper body strength. We started out by hanging on it for 60 seconds and doing assisted pull ups. Now, I can do a couple on my own before needing help. Hopefully, soon I'll be back to my peak soon.

It's a good, inexpensive pull-up bar. I weigh under 140 lbs, I can do body levers on it and all the other cool stuff, given that it's in a doorway. I don't know how this will work with a regular sized American, I'm small, so even that max amount of pressure isn't going to be the same as a 300 lbs...

A great product for my personal use and fitness, a beautiful product that is easy to install, and great value for money. It is suitable for pull-ups on the door and push-ups on the ground. I am 58 years old, but I can still do push-ups. I recommend this product. Have a nice day.

A solid main force. Works as expected. Easy to assemble and install. Put some protective devices for the door trim, cut out an old sock and wrap it on the handle that touches the door trim, so as not to stain it, as long as you don't pull it in the wrong direction.

It is very easy to assemble and can meet all my needs. I tighten the grip and wide grip every day, and the handlebars are very thin, so you can hold them more easily and exercise your back compared to the grip. This is great for beginners, novices and intermediate personnel.
