This is very bright and the charge lasts a very long time. I prefer this model because it uses AA Batteries and it has an internal lithium rechargeable battery.

Someone finally thought of everything! USB and/or battery-operated light. 3 brightness settings. Love the 360-degree light it gives. Compact and lightweight compared to other lanterns. Perfect for camping or power outages. I will be back to buy a couple more!

Seems to work well, and like all the charging options. It is not as bright as I had hoped for, and my least favorite thing is the cover over the usb ports. It will not stay closed. It doesn't even have nubs in the rubber to keep it closed. It claims to be waterproof, but I don't see how.

I love how you can use batteries if they are around or power it by USB. My storm shelter is a big walk in closet so when the power was out this device was able to charge my phone as well as a strip of camping lights in the woods.
