This electric knife is great! I thought that bc it is the most inexpensive one I could find, that it might be less than wonderful, but it's not. It cuts like a dream and is easy to use. The only downside is that I needed to find a safe way to store it, but that's no biggie.

This was a great buy, and a great addition to my kitchen. I got it for our holiday meal, and it worked amazingly. Super easy to assemble and use, easy to clean, and it sliced the meat quickly and perfectly with very little effort. I highly recommend it, especially with such a great price point.
