This boat bumper protects the boat from getting scratched up while docking. The fender bumper is very good quality and is soft but super strong and made of marine grade vinyl. It came fully inflated, which is a plus. Did not come with any rope. I would recommend this to anyone.

This fender is very big and very well made. Heavy duty rubber with holes at both ends to tie your fender lines to. This will protect my boat well from the docks and all the waves. Great for any boat owner.
