I'm unable to share actual comments on performance. I returned it because the large exhaust hose I didn't account for; so, that left me with less space though the unit was compact. I didn't want to deal with anything connected to the window either.

Works Great! Brutally hot in upstairs master bedroom, but this worked out amazing. Now can sleep much better. Easy setup, on wheels.

Bad product, I let it stand up for 8 hours before turn it on, set it on cool air and 70 degrees, but the compressor turn off after five minutes only fan working, wait 5 minutes it turn on again, but turn of after 5 minutes........Will return to Walmart tomorrow.
