We we were replacing a window air conditioner that we had for many years. This new one is smaller and lighter and cools two large rooms. Also has a longer cord so you don't have to an extension cord. Comes with remote.

My delivery record is bad unlike my in store shopping. It works just like it's supposed to, keeping my place very cool, at 65. Very easy to keep the filter clean. It's noisy turning on and off, but it's a keeper.

Work's great, cools down my kitchen and living room in my small one bedroom apartment. The installation they offer was amazing! You definitely won't find a better deal. It is a little loud, so that's why it's only 4 stars.
