My vac sweeper worked great until now when the battery gave out---tried to get replacement battery with no luck. I guess this is another donation to the land fill, which is full of products that we need to throw away instead of replacing a part!

I bought this last week. It does not have suction power. Will avoid reconditioned devices from dirt devil, and may no longer be a purchaser of dirt devil products.

On the paper its has lot of features and when you put the item to work its not up to the mark. I have received the defective item and when I raised a service ticket there is no response. On full charged battery the run time is hardly 7-8 mins for which you have to charge it for hours and hours. I...
