[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One machine I would not miss the chance to get. I am so happy with my SF3, with how smooth the cables are and with the smith bar all in one! So simple to select more weight and if thats not enough, you can double the weight using the smith bar!

My family love this gym! I have 2 kids both play sports and we can do every workout we can think of. The Smith Machine is the coolest part it spots my kids when they go heavier then they should.
