They are easy to use. The bars have a great grip, but it will make your hands sore if you do not wear gloves of some kind after a while. But they were exactly what I needed for what I was doing with them.

These dumbbells are a great addition to any home gym. The plates are easily changed, and they help me get a greatcworkout when I don't feel like going to the gym. Just make sure the collars are tight so ad to avoid the plated moving or coming off during a set.
