These are great! I have both hardwood and carpet. They definitely work on both effortlessly! Which I was really surprised! My feet fit fit well I'm an 8.5 shoe. I'd say bigger than a size 10 your toes might be hanging off. But they work well and overall simple and effective

The POPSUGAR core sliding disc are so nice. I really like how you can use them on hardwood floors or carpet. There is an exercise guide included which is so nice. The sliding disc help strengthen my muscles in my entire body. You can do so many exercises with the discs. I would highly recommend!
