Very versatile. You can use resistance bands, do squats and pull ups (which I am still working on). Also love the adjustability of the J-Hooks because being under 5 feet tall isn't easy.

I gotta say pull-ups and squats are my jam! Pull-ups are a real challenge that can leave you feeling like a total boss when you nail them. They're intense, but that's part of the fun, and they really get your heart rate up.
