It worked great on my "87 F-250. I did need to tweak the hard line a little to make easier to start the nut into the pump, but it works like it is supposed to.

Find that yellow cap looking piece of plastic and slide the O-Ring over it. Then put it onto the 3/8 " swivel hose end and the O-Ring will slide on perfectly.No screwing around or damaging the O-Ring. Of course put O-ring lube or oil on the O-ring first.
