Terrible tension rod...instructions are horrible...the companies website has “how to install” videos that are completely unhelpful. Theres cheaper tension rods that are much better...will be returning this one.

I agree with all reviews. Sucks to have purchased and have horrible directions. I purchased several. A couple worked and a couple didn't. I put so much time into getting them to work(the twisting in one direction and locking them in the other). I gave up.

Spent hours trying to put these 3 pieces together and make them work as a "tension" rod. I give up!!!!! Terrible instructions! Is something missing? There is no spring inside like most tension rods and it just slides back and forth....not tension.
