Received on Friday, on Saturday assembled it for the first time, and there WAS NO STOPPER ON THE WATER TANK!!!!! It was essentially useless. You can't just get the part, you have to return the whole thing and get a replacement, so another week without a steamer (it took a week before to get it....

should have known it was too good to be true! It just doesn't put out hardly any water - you actually have to "trigger" it again and again for a slight dampness! Nothing like how my Eureka used to be.... I think I'll try the other hoover 20200 model - it at least lets you select the water level -...

Arrived sooner then expected. Easily put together. A lot of cleaning parts for many different jobs. For the price a fabulous buy.

Loved everything about this. Plenty of attachments, and cleaning pads. Works great on floors and grout.
