Just got it, and have only used it once, but I love this pan. Made Chicken Piccata al Limon, seared the meat nicely, held the heat smoothly throughout the sauce preparation, and while resting. A good value, IMHO.

This is the best sauce pan I've ever owned. It's the perfect size for larger recipes, love the cover and side handles, and clean up is a breeze.

This is some good cook ware. We are replacing our older Calphalon cookware that has the coating wore off.

Great size, can easily sear 4 chicken breasts at same time. Also easy to clean & maintain. Love ability to go from stove top to oven.
