Less than a year and the soft close feature has already broken; the lid just clatters down. For the price of the seat, that's pretty disappointing in terms of quality.

the easy-mount pins are great but I can't get this seat to stay put. it's always rotating off to one side which then causes the bumper tab on the bottom to pop off. that's now been gone for a long time.

We had to return it. It was so complecated to put on,, I couldn't figure it out nor could my roommate. You shouldn't make things so hard to put together!
