I purchased both the hat and gloves. The hat is nice and warm. The gloves weren't. (I have notoriously cold hands anyway--I'm looking for gloves to beat all gloves!) No problem about returning the gloves---good customer service response---which I appreciate

I have not worn a knit hat since I was a kid, but I've taken up walking in the morning and a hood wasn't cutting it. I first purchased the neck warmer, which is totally amazing, then realized my head was cold too. So I purchased the hat and am extremely glad I did. You will not be disappointed.

It's warm, I'll give you that, but it's so small. Don't get this if you have thicker hair and wear it up, it won't fit. I don't have a lot of hair and I have a rather average sized head and it's a tight fit. I'm tempted to get a men's hat, but the women's hats were so much prettier. I'm hoping it...

The good: This hat is super-warm, comfortable, fits well, and easy to wear. The bad (the reason why this is a 3 rather than a 5): They don't wash well - yarn stitching on top of hat unraveled after a couple of washings. Even when washed in gentle/cold water cycle. The same happened to the inside...
