Not block out curtains at all, they let a ton of light in. I have been searching for black out curtains and this is the second time I've had to return some. I ended up buying regular curtains and the eclipse black out liner.

Picture almost make the Chevron appear to be normal Chevron pattern which is more pointed but the latter is definitely more soft waves than Chevron.

Quality was good. Darken then room but its hard to move curtain always get stuck. I just returned it.
