item arrived ahead of schedule, it works great, keeps coffee, good and hot. great when you have get a blood test and can't eat or drink ,you have a hot cup of coffee when you return to your car.

I leave a mug of coffee in my car while I run errands. Of course I only plug it in while the car is running. I'm very satisfied with it so far. However, I've had to mark it so as not to plunge into the dishwater with similar travel mugs which are not heated!
