Great fry pan- just as good as all of the Cuisinart cookware set I bought last year. It's useful to have 2 smaller feet pans too use for sauteing, etc simultaneously Great quality!

A great skillet, French Classic, for all small jobs. I've learned to spread a very thin coat of olive oil over the entire surface of the pan or it will have a tendency to stick. These are the best set of cookware I've EVER owned.

I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and usability of this frying pan. Outstanding heat transfer with very little difference in temperature across the entire surface. I would highly recommend the French-made Cuisinart line to anyone interested in truly amazing cookware.
