I love frying spam with cheese in it because I love watching the cheese melt. I love the smell of spam cooking in the morning for breakfast. I get me up some cheese spam and put it on some bread and go to town eatting it.

One of my favorite deli meats when I was a kid was a spiced ham loaf with bits of cheese throughout. Spam with Cheese takes me back to my grade school brown bagging days! Delicious sliced up or with a light fry on each side!!
