Came locked. Keys locked inside. Easy enough to dump them out, though, because the slot opening is so wide that even my husband's thick fingers can slide in and take any envelope/paperwork inside. DEFINITLEY NOT good if you need to keep important documents safe.

This is too small to serve as a mailbox. It won't even accommodate a normal sized envelope. The envelope is too big and anyone could easily reach inside and take your mail out. I'm going to have to send it back and try to get one that will work. Very disappointed.

Walmart's web site provides wrong dimensions of the box. The box actually does not fit standard envelope.

Box is too short. Standard size Mail sticks out of in slot. Leaves Mail not secure. Do not buy unless you want to have to return it

A great size but the opening to place the mail inside is a bit large and you can put your fingers inside.
